Roy Wayne "Jim" Didawick, 70, of Front Royal, Virginia, died Wednesday, September 24, 2014 at Blue Ridge Hospice Residential Center in Winchester.
A funeral service will be held on Sunday at 6:00 p.m. at Maddox Funeral Home in Front Royal conducted by Pastor Steve Guizar. Interment will be private.
Mr. Didawick was born May 16, 1944, in Moorefield, West Virginia, son of the late William and Mae Wise Didawick.
He was a carpenter.
He was married to the late Martha Didawick.
He is survived by a brother, Robert "Bob" Didawick and his wife, Martha, of Front Royal; a niece, Wendy Phillips and her husband, Mark, of Front Royal; and his pet cat, "Blackie".
He was predeceased by a brother Lyle W Didawick in 2010..
The family will receive friends on Sunday evening immediately following the funeral service until 9:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
