He married Joy Martin on June 17, 1956 in Seymour, Texas and together they had three children. He worked for several years for Mid South Electric and was a member of the Masonic Lodge. Kenneth will be most remembered for his bright intellect and gentle, kind personality.
Mr. Camp is survived by his wife of 58 years, Joy of College Station; his daughter and son-in-law, Cindi and Bob Blalock of College Station; son, Charles Dale Camp of Kyle; sisters, Carrie Graves of Seymour and Betty Feemster of Arlington; grandchildren, Katie and Brooks Blalock and numerous nieces, nephews and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents; son, Timothy Camp; brother, George Camp and sister, Annalou Miller.
Graveside services were held Monday, September 15th at 11:00 AM in the Masonic Memorial Cemetery in Seymour, TX. Visitation with the family will be Tuesday, September 16th from 5:00-7:00 PM at Nobles Funeral Chapel. A memorial service will be held Wednesday, September 17th at 11:00 AM at the First United Methodist Church of Navasota. The Rev. Tim Bruegger will officiate. A luncheon provided by fellow employees of Mid South Synergy will follow at the First United Methodist Fellowship Hall. Arrangements are under the direction of Nobles Funeral Chapel.
