METTER - Fairy Belle Collins, 79, died June 16 at St. Joseph's Hospital in Savannah.
She retired in food service from the State of Georgia.
SURVIVORS: her husband, Charlie L. Collins of Metter; daughters, Mrs. Dan Alexander of Collins and Mrs. Billy Joe Phillips of Cobbtown; stepson, Charles L. Collins of Los Angeles; stepdaughters, Leigh Kenney of Statesboro, Betty Duckworth of Millen and Dorothy Brierton of Atlanta; sisters, Mollie Pye of Statesboro and Josie Miller of Springfield; and brothers, Harold Skrine, Pete and Toby Screen, all of Savannah, Jimmy Screen of Portal, Hubert Foot of Brooklet and James Foot of Augusta.
FUNERAL: 2 p.m. today at Metter Freewill Baptist Church, burial in Lake Cemetery in Metter.
