Mr Clay Groves was born in Sebree, KY the son of M Leslie
Groves and Virginia Ezell. He lived in Mishawaka, In for 66 years. He married Delma Alexander on Nov 22, 1922. She died Nov 27, 1979. He retired from Uniroyal Plastics after 44 years. He was survived by a daughter Angelina Jacobs and a son Robert E Groves, 5 grandchildren and 11 gr grch.

Clay Groves and Elijah Sellers were friends in Sebree Kentucky. Elijah and some of his family moved to Mishawaka. Clay and Elijah both found work at Ball Band. Clay and Delma and Elijah and Gertrude remained friends until Elijah's death in 1942.
If anyone has any history and pictures to share of this friendship, please contact me. I have a few more pictures to share if you are interested.
