Fond du Lac Reporter, Jan. 23, 1994, p. D6:3. Lillian J. Drolshagen, 89, formerly of 296 Ledgeview Ave., died Fri. Jan. 21, 1994, at Americana Health Care Center. She was born Nov. 23, 1904, in Fond du Lac, a daughter of Robert and Anna Fox Froehlich. On July 15, 1925, she married Frank Drolshagen at St. Joseph’s Church. She was employed at Fox’s Tavern for many years. She was a charter member of Sacred Heart Church and its Altar and Rosary Society. Survivors include two daughters, Lillian T. Drolshagen, and Shirley Schmidlkofer and her husband Peter, all of Fond du Lac; and one grandson, James Peter of Fond du Lac. She was preceded in death by her husband on June 3, 1959; two sisters, Ella Kohli in 1987, and Mary Froehlich in 1951. A Liturgy of the Word will be held at 7 p.m. Tuesday at Zacherl Funeral Home, with the Rev. Jan M. Kieliszewski officiating. Burial will be at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday at Calvary Cemetery. Visitation is from 4 p.m. to the time of services Tuesday at the funeral home. Memorials in her name may be directed to Sacred Heart Church or the Salvation Army.
