McDONALD, J. Issac, a former member of the Martinsburg city council and a wholesale shoe merchant of that city, died there yesterday. He was 44 and died from pneumonia. He was a trustee of the local council of the Knights of Columbus and a member of the local lodges of the Elks, Eagles, Moose and the Commercial Travelers. He is survived by a wife and four young children.
