SAUGUS, formerly of Lynn and East Boston – Mr. Leonard T. Aiello, age 76, died on Tuesday at Chestnut Woods Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Saugus. He was the loving husband of Josephine E. (Rock) Aiello. Born and raised in East Boston, he was the son of Helen (Caponigro) Aiello of and the late Leo Aiello. Mr. Aiello served in the U.S. Army. He worked for the U.S. Government as a meat inspector for 25 years. He moved from Lynn to Saugus five years ago and was an avid musician. In addition to his wife, Mr. Aiello leaves two daughters, Karen Aiello and Donna Davis; five step-children, Kirk, Edward and Dwayne Castetter, Jo-Jean Violette and Arnold Rock; sixteen grandchildren, many great-grandchildren; one brother, Fiore Aiello. Also survived one niece. He is predeceased by his brother Joseph Aiello and stepson Darrell Castetter. SERVICE INFORMATION Funeral service will be held in the Bisbee-Porcella Funeral Home, 549 Lincoln Ave., SAUGUS on Saturday at 1 p.m. Visitation one hour prior to service, noon – 1 p.m. Interment Riverside Cemetery, Saugus.
