John T. Smith, aged 75 years, 5 months and eighteen days died Sunday at noon at his home 201 South Willard street after an illness of nearly five weeks.
He is survived by four daughters, Mrs. Maude Michail [sic], Mrs. Flora King, Miss Marguerite Smith of this city and Miss Ruth Smith of Greeley, Colo., and one son, C.E. Smith of Des Moines; two brothers F.M. of Salix and W.G. of Lucille, Idaho, and one sister, Mrs. Elizabeth Stevens(Stewart) of Opportunity, Wash.
The funeral service will be in the open air at the home tomorrow afternoon at 2 o’clock, in charge of Rev. M.E. Reusch of the Willard street Methodist church, assisted by Rev. D.C. Smith. Interment will take place in the Shaul cemetery.
