Funeral arrangements for Margaret G. Baugher, of Hillsboro, are pending at Bass Funeral Home, Hillsboro. Mrs. Baugher, 84, died at 7:30 a.m. Sunday, December 21, in Hillsboro Hospital. She was a seamstress at Heslov's in Hillsboro for many years. Funeral Mass for Margaret G. Baugher, of Hillsboro, will be said at 10 a.m. Wednesday in St. Agnes Catholic Church there by the Rev. Father David Schmidt. Burial will be in St. Agnes Cemetery. Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. today in Bass Funeral Home. Prayer service will be held at 4:30 p.m. The family suggests memorials be directed to the Hillsboro Hospital Edward and Margaret Baugher All Employees Fund or the Hillsboro Public Library.

Mrs. Baugher died at 7:30 a.m. Sunday, December 20, 1998, in Hillsboro Hospital. She was 84 years old on February 26. She was a lifelong resident of Hillsboro and worked as a seamstress for Heslov's in Hillsboro for many years. She was a member of St. Agnes Church and its Altar and Rosary Society.

She was born in Hillsboro, a daughter of Thomas and Elizabeth Vonderlack Murphy. She married Richard Edward Baugher on August 3, 1935, in Hillsboro. He died in 1984.

Surviving are daughters, Patricia Lynch and husband Louis, Myrna Neely and husband Walter, Linda Young and husband Gerald, Jane Blackburn and husband Bob, all of Hillsboro, and Sally Cleaver and husband James of Springfield; 15 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren and seven step great grandchildren.

Preceding her in death were four brothers and three sisters.
