Samuel James Bryan, 61, conductor on the Atlantic Coast Line Railroad, died unexpectedly Sunday night at hls home, 799 Argonne Av., NE.
Funeral services will be held at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday in Spring Hill. , The Rev. C. C. Dailey and the Rev. John B. Pate will officiate. Burial will be in Greenville. - Mr. Bryan had been an employee of the Atlantic Coast Line for 35 years. He was a member of the Brotherhood of Railroad Conductors and the Order of Conductors. A veteran of World War I, he was a member of the American Legion He had lived In Atlanta for 26 years and was a member of the Church of Christ. Survivors Include his wife, the former Lillie Jones; two sisters, Mrs. R. B. Zuber of, Gadsden, Ala., and Mrs. Walter L. Elam of Morris, Ala., and several nieces and nephews.
