CHASTEEN, Moss P. Age 82 of Dayton, passed away March 10, 2006 at Wood Glen Nursing Home. He was born to the late Cal and Rena (Smith) Chasteen in Conway, KY. He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Opal (Amaleen) Chasteen; son, Kenneth Chasteen; daughter, Denise (Daniel Ryan) Chasteen; sisters and brothers in-law, Thelma (Ray) Ellis, Nevada (Don) Stegman, Lois (Alvin) Bruker, 5 sisters in-law and 2 brothers in-law, Rita Chasteen, Emerine Hopson, Nadine (Park) Nunley, Marie Rice, Arlie (Lillie) Rice, and numerous nieces and nephews. Moss had retired, after 22 years, from Chrysler Air Temp. Funeral services will be held at the TOBIAS FUNERAL HOME - BEAVERCREEK CHAPEL 3970 Dayton Xenia Rd. at Grange Hall Rd. on Wednesday, March 15, 2006 at 10 AM with Steve Kimpel officiating. Interment Rice Cemetery, KY. Friends may call at the funeral home from 6 PM - 8 PM on Tuesday, March 14. Memorial contributions may be made in Moss's name to Hospice of Dayton 324 Wilmington Ave, Dayton, OH 45420.
