Roxie E. Hollandsworth, age 98, passed away peacefully on September 16, 2014. She was a loving daughter, wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. Graveside services will be held Saturday, September 20 at 10:00 am at Lee's Summit Historical Cemetery. Roxie was born in Osage County, Oklahoma on November 13, 1915 to Henry and Ella (Cole) Broam. She married J.L. Hollandsworth on March 13, 1937 in Sperry, Oklahoma. She was preceded in death by her husband, brothers Clyde and Glenn Broam. Survivors include her daughter, Rebecca Johnson of Lee's Summit, Missouri; granddaughters Lisa (Marty) Lund of Olathe, KS and Holly (Andy) Ruth of Newton, KS; great- grandchildren Brent (Ashley), Erica and Tanner Lund; Max, Haley, Nicholas and Zachary Ruth. Memorial tributes may be directed to the charity of your choice .
