Interment: Mount Olivet Cemetery. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Mount Olivet. Betty was preceded in death by her loving husband, Travis J. Bayes. Survivors: Daughter, Jean Strickland and husband, David; son, Travis K. Bayes; grandchildren, Angie Herd and husband, Michael, and Chad Strickland and wife, Melissa; great-grandchildren, Logan, Dylan, Camryn, Madison and Chloe; brothers, Boyd and Floyd Farmer; and numerous other relatives and friends.
