My great great grandmother, Hannah was the daughter of Jesse and Mary (Crow) Talkington. She married James Reese about 1832 and they lived in Guernsey County, Ohio and Marion County, West Virginia. After her husband died in Marion County in 1885 she came to Chase County where her daughter Mary Reese Talkington and son Ephraim Reese lived. Her daughter, Mary Talkington, wife of Isaac W. Talkington, is buried beside her. Another son, John M. Reese, lived in Marion County, West Virginia.
