Mary Louise Ballew, 91, of Asheville, was called Home by her Lord and Savior on Wednesday, September 17, 2014, at the WNC Baptist Retirement Home.
A native of Asheville, Mrs. Ballew was a daughter of the late James and Pernina Arwood Michaels. She was also preceded in death by her sons, James Herbert Ballew, Paul Gary Ballew, and Frederick Arthur Badgero; and by a grandson, Billy Joe Carroll, Jr.
A funeral service for Mrs. Ballew was held on Saturday, September 20, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. at the Groce Funeral Home Chapel on Patton Ave. Interment followed at Bent Creek Baptist Church Cemetery.
