Kirk Adams, age 45, of Clarence, MO, passed away on Friday, August 29, 2014, at his home in Clarence.

He was born on September 29, 1968, in Waverly, MO, the son of Larry and Elinor Adams.

Kirk is survived by three daughters, Ashley, Mckayla and Kendal Adams of Marshall, MO; father Larry and step-mother Frankie Adams of Clarence, MO; step-grandmother Lea Etta Brown of Clarence, MO; brother Kevin Adams of Bowling Green, MO; step-brother Michael Blankenship and wife Windy of Mexico, MO; step-sister, Konnie Powell and husband Jeff of Webster Grove, MO and several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his mother Elinor Kay Adams; grandparents Bill and Marie Adams and Ray and Undine Albert; step-grandfather Chester Brown; infant sister Aleshia Adams and several close family members.

Kirk’s greatest joy in life was teaching every young person that entered his life to fish as he was a great fisherman. He was an avid hunter and was always discussing strategies of the next big hunt with his best friend, his Dad. He loved spending time with his family, and was very proud of his daughters.

Family and friends are invited to attend a Memorial Service on September 20, 2014 at 2:00 pm at the Greening-Eagan-Hayes Funeral Home in Clarence, MO with Bro. Jim Bolin officiating. Visitation will be held from 1:00 to 2:00 pm. Burial will be at a later date in the Oak Grove Cemetery, Versailles, MO. Memorials may be made to Larry Adams and will go to Kirk’s three daughters.
