George W. Wilkinson
AT his home on upper Floyd Avenue, at 7 o'clock this morning, occurred the death of George W. Wilkinson. He was taken ill last Tuesday with influenza and pneumonia developed. He was born in Amboy, Oswego County on August 21, 1847. In 1881 at Amboy he was married to Elizabeth Robinson. During the term of Louis Mittenmaier as County superintendent of the poor, Mr. Wilkinson was the farm superintendent at the Oneida County Home farm. He was farm superintendent at the Custodial Asylum for three years and for the past five years has been engaged at the Oneida County Hospital. He is survived by his wife and three daughters, Mrs. Louis Meyers of Camden, Mrs. Jessie Phelps of McConnellsville and Mrs. Amos Armstrong of Rome. He also leaves seven grandchildren.

The funeral of George W. Wilkinson was hell d privately at his late hone on upper Floyd Avenue, at 3 o'clock p.m. today. Rev. F. H. Scott of Utica officiated. Interment was made in Wright Settlement Cemetery.
