Our beloved father Abel Jaso Ledesma (KITT), 53, of Austin, Texas, was called to his eternal rest by our Savior on Saturday September 13, 2014.

Abel Ledesma was born in Hale Center, TX on April 1st, 1961. He served in the United States National Guard for Seven years as a cook. He was a singer and accomplished guitar player for the church. He was a loving father, son, brother and companion. His favorite bible verse was John 3:16 "For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

Abel Ledesma is survived by his mother Esther Jaso Ledesma, his 6 children Santiago, Susanna, Samantha, Steven, Savannah and Sarah Ledesma. He is also survived by 10 brothers, 3 sisters, and 8 grandchildren.

Abel Ledesma is preceded in death by his father Santiago M. Ledesma and his brother Jimmy J. Ledesma.

The family of Abel Ledesma wishes to thank everyone for all the love and support. They would also like to send out a special thanks to all those that helped out with their dad's funeral arrangements.

The Memorial Services for Abel will take place in Austin, Texas. There will be viewing at Austin-Peel and Son Funeral Home, 607 East Anderson Lane, Austin, Texas 78752. The funeral service will be held also at Austin-Peel and Son Funeral Home. Pastor Joseph Ledesma from The Church of God of the First Born will be officiating. Burial will follow the funeral service immediately after at Assumption Chapel Mausoleum Cemetery, 3650 South IH 35, Austin, TX 78704. Celebration of life will be held at the VFW Post 8925, 8706 FM 812, Austin, Tx 78719.
