Randy Joe Borgmier, 59, of Lawson, MO died Monday, September 15, 2014 at Liberty Hospital. Randy was born on August 19, 1955 in Excelsior Springs, MO to John W. and Colene (Stair) Borgmier. Survivors include his sister, Nada Austin of Lawson, MO and several cousins. In addition to his parents, Randy was preceded in death by two brothers, Roy Borgmier and Ralph Borgmier. Randy was a member of the Old Union Church near Lawson. He was a 1973 graduate of Lawson High School. He was a United States Air Force Veteran. Randy had worked for Fed Ex Ground Service as a package handler since 2007. He had lived in the Lawson area most of his life. The family suggests memorial contributions be made to either the American Heart Association or to the Madagascar Motorcycle Sunday School Mission Project, in care of Old Union Church. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, September 18, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at the Old Union Church, east of Lawson on ?C? Highway. Visitation will be Thursday, September 18, 2014 from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at the Old Union Church. Burial will be in the Lawson Cemetery.
