Carol Ann (Therien) Chandley, age 77, of Hendersonville died Tuesday, July 22, 2014 at Elizabeth House after a seven year battle with cancer. She was born in Queens, New York on February 6, 1937 to the late Horace and Evelyn Carroll Therien.
She was a resident of Henderson County since 2005 and was employed as a secretary by Park Ridge Hospital. She spent her caeer since 1985 as an EMT in both Florida and North Carolina.
She is survived by her daughter, Lisa Therien; two grandsons, Connor Nicholson and Carter Nicholson: son, Kenneth Brewer; brother, Richard Therien; a neice; and two nephews.
A memorial service will be held at her church, St. Paul's Episcopal Church in Edneyville at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, September 16, 2014.
