Mrs. Claude Ferguson
Barneveld – Mrs. Ethel E. Ferguson, 78, of Creek Road, died today in a local hospital after a two month illness.
She was born in the town of Winfield, daughter of William and Jessie Jones-Miller, and attended West Winfield schools. She was married to Claude A. Ferguson in 1928 in Cedarville. The couple had since lived in Barneveld.
Mrs. Ferguson attended the Unitarian and Methodist Churches. She was a member of the Women’s alliance of the Unitarian Church and Mappa Chapter OES.
Besides her husband she leaves a son, Gordon, Barneveld.
A grave side service will be held Friday at the convenience of the family. Calling hours at the George Koerner Funeral Home, Holland Patent are from 7 to 9 Thursday. Mappa Chapter OES will hold services at 7:30.
