Mrs. Adeline M. Lynch, 74, of 1658 Hager St., died Sunday in Faxton Hospital after a long illness.
She was born in the town of Trenton, daughter of Thomas and Caroline Moore Maurice, and moved to Utica as a child. She was graduated from Utica free academy.
She was married to Howard C. Lynch in Utica in 1931. He died in 1941.
Mrs. Lynch lived in Yonkers for a few years. She was employed by the James Brock Insurance Co., here for 35 years, retiring in 1975.
Survivors include a cousin Miss Dorothy Pugh, with whom she lived; a niece, Mrs. Clarence (Elizabeth) Walburgh, Pulaski; a nephew, Albert Maurice, Nashua, N.H.
The funeral will be at 1 Wednesday from the J. W. Dimbleby funeral Home, Whitesboro with burial in Evergreen Cemetery, Barneveld. Calling hours are 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 today.
