William James “Bill” Fleegle, 57, of Berlin, passed away on September 5, 2014 at Conemaugh Memorial Hospital in Johnstown. Born June 14, 1957 in Somerset, he is preceded in death by his aunt and uncle Mary and Kenneth Schrock, who raised Bill. He is also preceded in death by his parents Mary Catherine (Miller) and Earl Fleegle Sr; stepmother Barbara A. Fleegle; and brother John A. Fleegle. Bill is survived by his son Anthony L. Johnston; granddaughter Mercedes; brothers and sisters: Earl J. Fleegle Jr (Alice) of Boswell, Nancy L. Baker (David) of Somerset, Pauline R. Ogline (Dennis) of Boswell, Bonnie L. Younkin (Wilbur) of Accident, MD, Harland L. Fleegle (Patricia) of Boswell, Judith F. Cale (David) of Morgantown, WV, Dollie M. Ross (David) of Somerset, Kenneth P. Fleegle (friend Diane) of Virginia, Ricki A. Viza of Berryville, VA, Brenda R. Stanczyk (Jeffrey) of Somerset, and Penny Eutin (William) of Boswell; and many nieces and nephews. Bill was a former employee of Shear Oil Co. He will be sadly missed by his family and friends at the Berlin Manor. A graveside memorial service will be held at 1:00 PM Tuesday at the Jenner Crossroads Cemetery. Arrangements by MILLER FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATORY, SOMERSET.
