Terry McCabe was born in Chicago, the son of James and Lorraine Quigley McCabe. His brothers and sisters were Yvonne, James, Patricia and Stephen. His maternal grandparents were Mr. and Mrs. Thompson Quigley of Sycamore.

Terrence J. McCabe, 18 of 104 Laurel Lane, died this morning at the DeKalb Public Hospital.
A senior at the DeKalb Senior High School, he took part in many activities of the school. He participated in basketball and football and this past year was voted the most valuable on the swimming team. He was a member of the Key Club and "D" Club.
He was born in Chicago, the son of Mr. & Mrs. James McCabe. He was a member of St. Mary's Church.
Surviving are his mother, Mrs. Arthur (Lorraine) Seeman, brothers and sisters, Yvonne, James, Patricia, Stephen, a half-brother, Robert, half-sister Peggy; the maternal grandparents, Mr. & Mrs. Tom Quigley of Sycamore, his step-father, Arthur Seeman; a step-sister, Mrs. Judy Voller of Chicago; step-brother Jeffrey Seeman of Brookfield; several aunts, uncles and nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father.
Funeral services will be held at St. Mary's Church at 9:30am Wednesday with Rev. Clement W. Caine officiating. Burial will be in the St. Mary's Cemetery. The rosary will be recited at 8:00pm Tuesday at the Ronan-Burch Mortuary where friends may call from 4 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday.
