Pfc. U.S. Army, {RA16905393}, Vietnam War-Pfc. Green died of his wounds from rocket & artillery fire on 5-5-1968 while serving as an Indirect Fire Infantryman with Co. A of the 1st Battalion, 503rd Infantry Regiment, 173rd Airborne Brigade.

He is the son of Mrs. Willie Alene Green of 4224 North Kenmore Avenue, Chicago, Illinois, and he enlisted with the Army in Chicago on August 3, 1967.

Awards: Purple Heart Medal, Combat Infantry Badge, Jump Wings, Vietnam Service Medal with One Service Star, Vietnam Campaign Medal, National Defense Service Medal.
