Mr. Billingsley, a native of Mound City, was the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Tell Billingsley of Cairo.
He was formerly a clerk at the Terrell Shoe Store and more recently was employed at the E. J. Walders Men's Store.
Mr. Billingsley was a member of Cairo Elks Lodge No. 651.
He Is survived by his wife, Mrs. Clare Adele Billlngsley of Cairo.
