Mrs. Agnes Deno, Moira, 65, Dies
MOIRA — Mrs. Agnes Lena Deno, 65, widow of Floyd L. Deno, died Tuesday afternoon en route to the Alice Hyde Hospital, Malone.
• The funeral will be at 9:30 a.m. Friday at St. Mary's Church, Brushton, with Rev. C. Albert Richardson, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in St Mary's Cemetery.
• Calling hours are at the Flint Funeral Home from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. today.
• Mrs. Deno is survived by four daughters, Mrs. Richard (Helen) Gallagher and Mrs. Orra (Delores) Langdon, Malone, Mrs. Floyd Boyer, Newark, and Mrs. Linda Hargrave, Moira; two sons, Floyd L. and Orville V., Moira; two sisters, Mrs. Arthur (Helen) LaGray and Mrs. Hilda Earle, Watertown; two brothers, Louis LaRose, Norwood, and Alfred LaRose, Sr., Watertown; 14 grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
• A daughter, Veronica, died in 1923.
• Mrs. Deno was born Oct. 25, 1910, in Tupper Lake, daughter of Joseph and Olive Coty LaRose.
• She married Floyd L. Deno on Oct. 12. 1927. He died Jan. 14. 1976.
• She was a communicant of St. Mary's Church, Brushton, and a member of the Altar and Rosary Society.
