Evelyn Lesh, 65, went home to the Lord May 20, 2002 after a courageous battle with lung disease.

Evelyn was born July 21, 1936 in Sumner County, Oklahoma to John and Velma Lesh who preceded her in death. Evelyn is survived by her brother, Leo Lesh of Perry, Oklahoma; son, Billy Steven Burden and his wife Gayle of Bartlesville, Oklahoma; daughter, Debbie Burden Clay and her husband Randy of Colorado Springs; grandchildren Nathan Clay, Melanie Clay, Roziland Burden, Kari Burden, Katie Burden and three great-grandchildren, Holly, Shelby and Mykayla.

Private family services were held.

Burial at Memorial Gardens in Colorado Springs, Colorado. The family wishes to thank Cathy Shanfelt, El Paso County Ombudsman, the steadfast staff of Medalion East Medical Center and Pikes Peak Hospice team of angels.
