Mrs. C. W. Norris (sic) Of Ruston Dies July 3
Mrs. Claude A. Norris, 81, of Ruston, died Friday in Lincoln General Hospital. Funeral services were held Saturday in the Temple Baptist Church with burial in Greenwood Cemetery under the direction of Spears Funeral Home.
Survivors include her husband, Claude Norris of Ruston; two sons, Elgin and Cecil Norris of Ruston; five daughters, Mrs. Jeff Lain, Mrs. Marcus Lott, and Mrs. Rabb Cargill of Ruston; Miss Sarah Alice Norris, El Dorado, and Mrs. Carl Amick, Longview, Tex.; five sisters, Mrs. C. S. Walker, Hope, Ark., Mrs. H. M. Blakney, Mrs. Marvin James, Longview, Tex., Mrs. Miles Kimbrell, McAllister, Okla., Mrs. Nettie Lewis, Ruston; a brother, William Lewis, Atlanta, Ga.; 13 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.
