I don't know who this is or anything about them but I found the stone laying on the ground in the cemetery. I don't even know if was anywhere near the person's actual grave since it wasn't near any of the other Owens family. Since I didn't see the name listed in the interments. I figured they needed a page. If you know who it is or want to take this memorial over let me know.
