Passed away suddenly Tuesday, April 17, 1984, at St. Luke's Hospital. Age 77 years. He was born May 18, 1906 in Rising Sun, Ohio residing in Saginaw since 1941. He married Lucille Morgan April 16, 1925 in Monroe, Michigan She survives him. He was a member of Genesee Gardens Assembly of God Church. He participated in Services at the Jail and rescue Mission. He was a member of the Board at Genesee Gardens Assembly of God Church for 39 years. Mr. Hunt was a foreman at Severance Tool Company retiring in 1972. Surviving besides his wife are six daughters and one son, Mrs Agnus (Wanda) Foster, Glendora, Cal., Mrs Nelson (Mary) Weiker, Garrett, Ind. Mrs Orvan (Zola) Cusick, Upland, Ca.,Mrs David (Joyce) Mikula, Freeland, Mich. Mrs Daryl (Bonnie) Fleshman, Greenwood Lake, New York, Mrs Bruno (Naomi) Wendl, Wales, Wisc. Harold Hunt, Woodville, Ohio; 19 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, two brothers, Gilbert Hunt, Hale, Mich, Maxwell Hunt, Fostoria, Ohio. Two sons Marvel and Preston Hunt Predeceased him, Four brothers and one sister also predeceased him.
Funeral service will take place 1:00 p.m. Friday at Genesee gardens Assembly of God Church. Rev. Robert Jones will officiate with burial in Roselawn Memorials Gardens. Friends may call at the Deshler Funeral Home, 2233 Hemeter off State after 7:00 p.m. Wednesday where the family will be present from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Wednesday and on Thursday from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 to 9"00 p.m.
On Friday Mr. Hunt will lie in state at the church from 11:00 a.m. until time of service. Those who so desire may make memorials to the Genesee Gardens Assembly of God Church.
