Emma Simpins was the daughter of Simmion and Elizabeth Owens Simkins . On July 4, 1872, Simeon married Elizabeth Owens. At the time of her death she had three living daughters Frances Duncan, and Mrs. Florence Cook of Muscatine, Mrs. Alberta Ash of East Moline , Ill. and one son Lawrence Tommason of Ft. Des Moines, Iowa. Her son William died 18 years ago.
