Early Life: Allen was born June 6, 1915, in Daniel, Utah, to Zedock Allen Bethers and Mary Luella Anderson Bethers.
Life's Work | Service | Interests: On January 16, 1936*, he married his loving wife, Eleanor Smith; they were later sealed in the Salt Lake Temple on April 21, 1948. They had three children: Bonnie, Barbara and Steve. Following Eleanor's death, he married Juanita Elizabeth Young on March 14, 1996. Allen is an active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He worked in the Park City Mines for 30 years and as a dairy farmer. Allen also worked with the Daniel Irrigation Company, and belonged to the Daniel Cattle Association. He worked hard his whole life. Loving father and grandfather, Allen Taylor Bethers returned to our Heavenly Father on Sunday, February 5, 2006, at age 90.
Survived By: His daughter, Barbara (Larry) Callister; son, Steve (Christine) Bethers; sister, Millie Gurr; grandchildren: Vickie, Scott, Mary Ellen, Tony, Angie, Connie, Stephanie, Cody and Laramie; 27 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
Preceded In Death By: His loving wife, Eleanor; daughter, Bonnie Jean (Carl) Simmons; three sisters: Carol, Ruby Plummer, Phebe Luella; brother, Rex Bethers; and great-grandson, Kai Allen Bethers.
