Mrs Dovie Ashley. 64 died at 6pm, Friday in Guymon, Oklahoma, after a lengthy illness. Fureral will be at 10 am Monday in Wright-Morelock Chapel in Brownwood. She was born in Jones County July 08, 1908. She married Guy Ashley at Fort Sumner New Mexico in 1932. She was a member of the Pentecostal Church. Survivors include her husband; two sons, Clifford Price of Buchannan Dam and James Ashley; three sisters, Mrs. Sarah Brothers of Austin, Mrs. Etta Gossett of Victoria and Mrs. Lula Mae Phillips of Odessa; one brother Milton Price of Brownwood; seven grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
