Joseph P. Geyer, former farmer in the "Bend of the River" locality north-west of Niles, died Tuesday afternoon in Springer, NM.
He was a farmer until 45 years of age, when he went into the south-west, and was engaged in cattle raising and merchandising there prior to his death.
Surviving are: his wife, Anna Bliss Geyer; two children, Fred Geyer and Esther Oaks; a brother, Rev. A. Carson Geyer, and two sisters, Nora Reamer, South Bend, [IN], and "Belle" Cowgill, Hof Springs, MT
