Butte, Mont.--The funeral of John Fant, who died July 28, was held July 30 from the residence of his sister, Mrs. John H. Curtis.
Mr. Fant was born in Owen county, Kentucky, and is survived by a son, Herbert A. Fant; a daughter, Mrs. Mary L. Young; two sisters, Mrs. John H. Curtis and Miss Lynnie F. Boyce, of Butte; a brother, George Fant, of Mexico, Missouri. The deceased came here 21 years ago from Missouri, where he was engaged in the furniture business. Up to two years ago he was engaged in the same business.
