Survivors include his wife, Mrs Dorothy Jowers of Charleston; two daughters, Miss Dorothy Ruenell Jowers and Mrs H B Cantrell of Charleston; one son, Frank M Jowers of Charleston; one grandson, Joe Cantrell of Charleston; and four sisters, Mrs F N Fickling of Columbia, Mrs Horman Wallace of Charleston, Mrs Harold Croft and Mrs Russell Boylston of Blackville; five brothers, Ronald W Jowers, Lonna A Jowers, and George Edward Jowers of Charleston, and Murray J Jowers and Gerald B Jowers of Blackville.
Graveside services will be conducted at 3:30 pm Monday in the Jowers family cemetery.
