A funeral will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 6, 1999, in Sunnyside Little Chapel of the Chimes for Dale W. Jennings, who died Feb. 2 at age 72.

Mr. Jennings was born July 9, 1926, in Oregon City. He moved to Kansas as a child, then back to Portland at age 15 and graduated from Beaverton High School. He served in the U.S. Navy during World War II. He was a meat cutter at Kienow's and retired in 1985. In 1950, he married Mary Ann Mauch.

Survivors include his wife; daughters, Nancy Powell of Tigard and Linda Laughlin and Colleen Waldref, both of Lake Oswego; brother, Harry "Irving" of Kansas; sister, Ethel "Cindy" France of Wilsonville; and three grandchildren.

Interment will be in Skyline Memorial Gardens. The family suggests remembrances to the Oregon Health Sciences University Oncology Department.
