Mrs. Mary E. Smith, widow of William Smith, died Wednesday at the Middletown State Hospital.

Funeral services will be held Friday afternoon at 2 o'clock at the S. H. Smith Funeral Home in Spring Valley.

Mrs. Smith is survived by several children.
