EDINA, Mo.—Mrs. Georgia Arment Bergman, 97, of Edina died at 7:05 p.m. Monday (Aug. 19, 1985) in the Knox County Nursing Home.

Mrs. Bergman was born Feb. 9, 1888 in Knox County, a daughter of James A. and Isabelle Edington Montague. She married Alvin Lee Arment Sept. 16, 1915. He preceded her in death. She married Lloyd Bergman who also preceded her in death. She was a seamstress and had lived in the Knox County area most of her life with the exception of several years in Canada and 12 years in Kansas City. She was a member of the Mount Pleasant Baptist Church.

Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Ernest (Helen) Parrish of Newark; two grandsons, Vance Parrish of Knox City and Richard Parrish of Lockwood and five great-grandchildren.

She was also preceded in death by four sisters.

Services will be conducted at 10:30 a.m. Thursday in the Hudson-Rimer Funeral Chapel by Rev. Hillis Prather. Burial will be in the Mount Salem Cemetery.
