Accident Injuries Fatal To Carpenter
Rannel A. Miller Hurt a Several Days Ago at Mine Dies at Picher - Funeral Is Today
Commerce, Okla., July 20. Rannel A. Miller, 56 years old, died at noon yesterday in Picher hospital where he was taken several days ago following an accident at the Atlas mine. He was a carpenter by trade and lived in this community for more than 25 years. The family residence is at 206 North Cherry street.
Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Gertrude Miller; two brothers, Jabe Miller of Commerce and Willard Miller of Illinois; three sisters, Mrs. W. L. Turner of Commerce, Mrs. Ada White of Simmons, Illinois, and Mrs. Tamma Cornstubble of St. Louis.
Funeral services will be held a 2 o'clock Friday afternoon at the First Baptist church with the Rev. J. Grover Scales officiating. Burial will be in G.A.R. cemetery with members of Masonic lodge No. 493, A.F. and A.M., in charge. The Mitchelson funeral home is in charge.
