Mr. Culbert was born in Apr 15, 1912 in Austin, MN. He came to Ventura, CA in 1948, and moved to Phoenix, AZ in 1982.
He was a construction worker with Laborers Construction Union, Ventrua, CA, for 25 years before retiring.
He is survived by Son; Donald Culbert of La Crosse, WI, Daughters; Phyllis Gray, of Minneapolis, MN and Connie Wechel of Arizona, Sisters; Margaret Ceasons, Ellen Gayette, and Ruth Iverson, all of La Crosse, WI, Rosetta Hicks of Tenaha, Texas. Six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Friday, Sep 18, 1987 at the Skillin-Carroll Fillmore Chapel, with C.B. West officiating. Burial will follow at Bardsadale Cemetery, Fillmore, Ventura, CA.
