George P. Clark
George P. Clark, retired shoe cutter, husband of Mary T. (Mahar) Clark of 121 Adams Street, died this morning at his home after a brief illness.
Born in Lynn, Mr. Clark lived in this city all his life. He retired in 1938. He was a communicant of St. Joseph’s church and a member of the Lynn Shoe City Aerie of Eagles.
Besides his wife, he leaves eight children. Owen A Clark of Lynn; George W. Clark of Costa Rica; Robert Arthur Clark of the U.C. Coast Guard, at sea; mrs Douglas Allen, Mrs James Grieves, and the Misses Alice M and Ethel T. Clark of Lynn, and Mrs Augustus Collins of Colorado; also seven grandchildren.
The funeral will be held from his late residence at 8 o’clock with a high mass of requiem in St. Joseph’s church at 9. Interment will be in the family lot at St. Joseph’s cemetery.
