Dorothy Ann (Hagle) Ball, age 85, went to her heavenly home on May 3, 2012. Dorothy was born on January 15, 1927 in Saginaw Michigan to the late Charles and Alma (Simmitt) Hagle. She married Kenneth G. Ball on May 3, 1944 in Saginaw. Dorothy was a kind and loving wife, mother and grandmother who loved babies, flowers, and puppies and she passed her time knitting, crocheting and traveling. She worked briefly at Our Lady of Perpetual Help in Chesaning, Michigan in food services. Dorothy is survived by her husband, Kenneth, and daughter, Darlene Ball, of Chesaning, her grandchildren, Melissa (Duane) Tufts of Taylor, Monique (Jon) Crosby of Jenison, and Kenneth Schmitt of Montrose. Her great-grandchildren include Ashley Tufts, Corrine Crosby and Ethan Crosby. Dorothy is also survived by her sisters Pearl Fierstein of Saginaw and Evelyn Smith of Racine, Wisconsin, as well as many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents and siblings Ruth Hagle, Kenneth Hagle, Mary Pettyplace and Glenn Hagle, all of Saginaw. Dorothy made many friends in her lifetime and was a joy and blessing to know. She was loved deeply and will be missed by all. Father Richard Bokinskie will officiate at a grave site service at Mount Olivet Cemetery in Saginaw, Michigan on Thursday, May 17, 2012 at 1:00 p.m.
