Volney Zavan Green, 90, of Idaho Falls, passed away at Idaho Falls Health & Rehab of cancer. He was born in New Sweden to Zavan Dors Green and Berniece Nora Jeffrey. He grew up in Firth. On September 14, 1939, he married Virginia Louella Albers in Idaho Falls. He worked as a carpenter for various construction companies until retirement in 1982. Virginia passed away January 10, 2004. He enjoyed music, dancing, travel, baseball, skiing, golf, camping, and reading.
