Age 79. Passed away June 13,
1963. Mr. Borkhus was born
in Foldalen. Norway on Nov.
16, 1883 and had lived in Racine
for many years. In Stanley,
Wis., he was married to
the former Elise Lochra. He
was a retired farmer and was
a Lutheran by faith. Surviving
are his wife, Elise. of Racine;
three sons, Wilfred,
Lloyd and Henry Borkhus,
all of Racine; one daughter,
Mrs. Stanley (Marie) Matson
of Racine; two daughters-inlaw,
Bcttie Borkhus and
Dorothy Borkhus; five grandchildren,
K a r e n , Melanie,
Larry. Cynthia and Jean
Borkhus, all of Racine; two
brothers and one sister in
Norway; also nieces and
nephews. Funeral services
will be held Saturday. 10:30
a.m., in the Hanson Funeral
Home, Rev. Henry Krikau
officiating. Interment will be
in G r a c e l a n d Cemetery.
