Blanche was born February 14, 1925, in St. Louis, Missouri, to Frank Santoyo and Emma 'Hampton' Santoyo Mayberry. Also preceding-in-death were: one Sister, Marcella Foster and two Brothers: Charles and Cecil Santoyo.
Blanche was a member of St. Joseph's Catholic Church of Farmington.
