GOLDEN WEDDIG ANNIVERSARY IS OBSERVED BY MR. & MRS. DAVIDSON
Mr. & Mrs. Otto C. Davidson, Sr., esteemed residents of the city, today observed the 50th anniversary of their wedding, which took place April 3, 1889 in Bessemer, Mich. The observance was a quiet one due to Mr. Davidson’s health.
Mr. Davidson, one of the most noted mining men in the Upper Peninsula, is 81 & Mrs. Davidson is 70.
The Davidsons came to Iron Mountain from Commonwealth, Wis. in 1901 & are the parents of 4 sons: Ward F., Port Washington, Long Island, New York; Harold, Appleton, Wis.; Norman H. & Otto Jr. of Rochester, New York.
They have 10 grandchildren, 5 girls & 5 boys.
