Mary is the daughter of Isaac Breneman and Anna Herr Breneman. She was married Robert Morrow (1795-?) on 9 May 1805 at Shavers Creek, PA. She had one son with Robert, Charles Daniel Morrow (1810-1896). She married John Roe (?-1828) after the death of Robert. Mary and John had two sons, James John (1820-1913) and Isaac Decatur (1827-1895).
