Maxine (Moore) Scroggins, 77 of St. Joseph, Mo., died Fe 12 2000, at a St. Joseph hospital.
Mrs. Scroggins was a nurses' aid at the former Missouri Methodist hospital.
BornDec 1, 1922, in Fortescue, Mo., she lived in St. Joseph most of her life. She was ameber of the Patee Park Baptists Church.
On June 29, 1946, she married Dwight K. Scroggins. He died in 1980.
Mrs. Scroggins also was preceded in death by a daughter, Luana K.; her parents,Lloyd e. Moore Sr. and Myrtle M. Parsons Scroggins; and two brothers, Lloy E. Jr., an Carl C. Moore.
Surviving: two daughters, Sherrie M. Vrieswyk, St. Joseph and Dr. Carla J.Ball, Parkvlle, Mo.; two sons, Dwight K., St. Joseph, and Daniel L., Raytown, Mo. a sister, Lois Gesham, S. Joseph; 12 grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren.
Private family Serice was held at Meierhoffer Family Funeral Service, St. Joseph, Mo.
Burial: Memorial Park Cemetery, St. Joseph, Mo.
